What we expect from you:
Your Role:
- Define, develop, launch and continuously improve products that integrate AMERIA's technology.
- Coordinate partners and stakeholders to support overall R&D, manufacturing and supply chain.
- Build collaborative relationships with our customers and generate enthusiasm for the experience of our touchless human-machine interface (HMI).
- Together with our customers, you will identify their current challenges and develop innovative solution concepts.
- You will be responsible for managing international software development projects. You will be responsible for project planning and implementation as well as controlling and reporting.
- You are the link between sales, UI/UX design and development. You will coordinate a team of experienced and motivated developers.
- Your tasks will include the continuous improvement of our project processes and methods as well as project-based software solutions.
- The acquisition of follow-up orders within your projects is also part of your activities.
Your Profile:
The most important thing for us is that you fit in with us. Do you also want to break new ground with our customers and put your ideas into practice in a structured way? Perfect!
- You have successfully completed a degree in electrical engineering, (business or media) computer science or other (business) engineering. Career changers with relevant experience are welcome.
- You have at least three years of professional experience as a technical project manager or product manager.
- You have a very good overview of the current state of the art.
- You have a strong customer focus.
- You are a team player, creative and have good people skills.
- You are characterized by a high level of motivation and enthusiasm.
- Interest or experience with the analysis and visualization of data is a small plus for us (e.g. with PowerBI).
- Experience with Solidworks or similar CAD tools would be an advantage.
- Interest or experience with 3d printers and other prototyping methods would also be an advantage.
- You like to proactively take on new challenges and are enthusiastic about thinking outside the box.
- Very good written and spoken English is no problem for you.
