What we expect from you:
Your Role:
- You will be responsible with the team for the entire recruiting process, from job posting, identifying and approaching qualified candidates, screening applications, interviewing suitable candidates, and onboarding new employees
- Work closely with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
- Build and maintain a talent pool for future positions and maintain relationships with universities, professional associations and other relevant networks
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet professional staffing needs
- Provide direct support to the SVP Human Resources on strategic and operational HR issues and HR projects
- You are the first point of contact for general HR topics concerning the entire employee life cycle - e.g. personnel development, personnel administration & employee support
- You provide support and advice to specialists and managers on all HR-related issues
- You also support the office management with administrative tasks from the back office as needed.
Your Profile:
- Completed studies in the field of human resources, business administration or a comparable course of study.
- Min. 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in the areas of human resources and recruiting, preferably in an IT environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good knowledge in the area of labor and social security law
- Ability to work independently while cooperating well as part of a team
- Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- High level of confidentiality and sensitivity in handling personal data
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English.
